Carlene is an absolute godsend! I didn’t realise how many things we would be able to improve on with her guidance but there were sooo many. It was really important that my partner and I got on the same page with a lot of things and Carlene was able to direct us on how to get our girl to sleep without screaming hysterically. Within the first hour of Carlene being there she had our girl asleep in her own bed without needing to nurse (which I didn’t think was possible) and the first night of her training she slept through the night and again the following! Which was a first! I’m telling all my friends about her so they can rest easy and get some time for themselves during the day. I contacted her when my 11 month old was waking every 2-3 hours overnight and requiring singing/rocking/holding back to sleep. At the worst it was every hour
Although we had a rocky start to sleep training, Carlene supported and guided us through teething, a developmental leap and severe illness. My little man now has consistent naps, can self settle, and although we’re not always sleeping through the night, on his bad nights I’m only up to him once or twice.
